Sound Therapy

Sound Therapy has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Whether through the use of mantras as with the Hindis,  (medicine melodies) of various Indigenous peoples from Central and South America, or Pythagoras’ use of interval and frequency, these various techniques all have the same intention: to move us from a place of imbalance to a place of balance.

Sound or Music Therapy  is the process in which a practitioner uses all (or specific) aspects of music — including the emotional, psychological, spiritual, physical, social, mental, and superficial — to improve the health of their patient.
