Natural Parks & Conservation

conservation

Communities that have “Land Conservancies” are working to preserve acres of natural lands that surround their communities.  As communities developed, they realized the value of woodlands, prairies, and marshes, not only for the aesthetic value, but for maintaining a healthy environment for man and other sentient species.

Land Conservancies work with leaders of the communities to incorporate sound environmental principles to restore and manage their natural areas.  Land Conservancies also work with the communities to educate the citizens on the importance of their responsibility to the environment.
Among the many benefits to the community is improvement of air and water quality, and a viable ecosystem.  A place for the citizens to go and experience nature, hike, bike, and picnic.
Support your communities efforts to preserve nature’s jewels.
